Refund Policy

Please keep in mind that hand-dyed yarns vary between batches, bases, and skeins. While we do our best to accurately represent each colorway via product pictures, it is impossible to make every skein identical. If your order does not look exactly like a pictured skein, please keep in mind that, when used in a project, all colors should be visible, blended and reflect the characteristics of the pictured colorway. That said, we strive to make every customer completely happy, so if you would like to return or exchange a skein that you received, please follow the protocol listed below.


Our refund and exchange policy covers purchases for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new, sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging. If your yarn has been wound into a ball, it is no longer returnable.

Pre-Orders or Custom Dyed skeins (including Sweater Quantities)

Please do not send needles or accessories purchased back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, if everything is in order, your refund will be processed immediately. If there are any issues, we will send you an email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: PO Box 44005, PHOENIX Arizona US 85064.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping issues are common, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
